Q: Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances.

Q: Can our team use any name we want?

Team names must be appropriate, no profanity or derogatory language allowed.

Q: What happens if one of our teammates can’t make it?
We encourage you to find a replacement. If you're unsuccessful, one of the remaining team members will need to play doubles. Unfortunately, we are not able to reschedule games or provide substitutions on event day.

 

Q: Is there an age requirement?
Yes. All TEAM participants must be 16 years or older to compete. Must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Q: What should I bring with me?
A valid photo ID.

Q: What comes with TEAM Registration?

Teams will be receive entry Rivals wrist bands, an armband for identification and scoring purposes at check-in.

Q: Team Uniform?
We encourage teams to coordinate their outfits with matching elements such as animal ears, shirts, colorful socks, boots, hats, headbands, belts, and more. Be creative, express your team’s unique style, and most importantly keep it fun and respectful. Outfits must remain appropriate and non-offensive. ​

Q: How do I know if my team moved on to the Semifinals?

All scores will be posted by 7pm Saturday, October 18th. Please check the website to see if your team made it to the Semifinals.

Q: Can guests attend just to watch?
Yes! We offer spectator entry passes. Visit the “PASSES” page for full details and pricing. With a GENERAL or ALL access pass, guests can watch family and friends compete or play mini games designed just for day pass holders. 

 

Q: What do I get with an event pass?
General Pass allows access to the event and designated mini ticketed games. All Access Pass allows access to all mini games.

 

Q: How will I receive updates or event info?
All communication will be sent to the email you used or provided during registration. Be sure to check your email and spam folder regularly for any important updates or visits our website. 

 

Q: What happens if our team is late?
Teams must arrive during the allotted time for opening competition on Saturday, October 18th. Late arrivals may be disqualified from that round with no refund or rescheduling.​

Q: Will the event be live streamed?

Photography and live-streaming may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. All photography will be used for RIVALS marketing and promotion.
